1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Glitz N Glamorous Boutique Products
We process, prepare, package, and ship physical products sold directly by Glitz N Glamorous Boutique.
Processing times, including additional time for custom or made-to-order items, are provided in the applicable product listing or our Shipping Policy.
Digital products are delivered electronically as described in their listings and do not require physical shipping.
Other Partnering Brands Products
Products identified as Other Partnering Brands items are sold and fulfilled by the selling store identified in the product listing, checkout information, or order confirmation.
The selling store is responsible for processing, packaging, shipping, and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds for its products under its applicable policies and legal obligations.
An order containing both our products and another store’s products may arrive in separate packages, on different dates, and with separate tracking information.

2. Product Information

3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Pre-loved, handmade, and limited-quantity products may have limited stock.
We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information current for our products. Other Partnering Brands stores manage the availability of their own products.
Inventory discrepancies or simultaneous purchases may occasionally cause an item to become unavailable after an order is submitted.
If we cannot fulfill a product sold directly by our Store, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount paid for the unavailable merchandise, including related charges required to be refunded by law.
For unavailable Other Partnering Brands products, the selling store is responsible for the applicable notification, cancellation, and refund.
Materially different substitutions require the customer’s consent.
4. Shipping and Delivery

We prepare and ship physical orders according to the processing information in our product listings and Shipping Policy.
Other Partnering Brands Products
The selling store’s processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and shipping policies apply to its products. Review the applicable information before purchasing.
Delivery and Delays
Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing where applicable, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the responsible seller’s reasonable control.
For products sold directly by our Store, if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe or the timeframe required by law, we will notify you and provide the option to consent to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If the required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.
Selling stores are responsible for meeting applicable shipping-delay, cancellation, and refund requirements for their Other Partnering Brands products.
Customers should provide accurate shipping information and contact the responsible selling store promptly if an address correction is needed.
5. Prices, Promotions, and Discounts
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, and special offers may change. Applicable eligibility requirements and expiration dates will be stated with each offer.
Other Partnering Brands products are excluded from Glitz N Glamorous Boutique promotions, discount codes, sales, bundles, and free-gift offers. These products do not count toward spending thresholds for our promotional offers.
Any promotion offered separately by a partnering store is subject to that store’s stated terms.
We may correct pricing or typographical errors and, where permitted by law, cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order for our products, we will notify you and issue the applicable refund.
